Personally I think he is going to be a hell of a good PG before all is said and done. Glad to have him.

Payne is going to do whatever it takes to improve not only his own play but those around him which is one of the unseen characteristics you often need in a PG. It's still too early for me to call him the next anyone but I am glad he is a Hawkeye and I look forward to seeing just how good this staff can make someone over the course of 4 full years.
