Crazy rumors

One of my freinds emailed me today to ask me some questions about some rumors floating around on the other site (HR.) I just wanted to come over here and dispell them before anybody read them and got any crazy ideas.

1st, Kurt Backes will NOT be coaching at the University of Iowa next year or anytime soon! There is NO chance of this happening!

2nd, do not expect Montell Marion to be wrestling for the Hawks again. He may be wrestling somewhere next season but it won't be for Iowa!

Not real sure what you mean there as Brands himself said that he hasn't had any contact with MM about coming back. Unless you talked to Tom today this is the most up to date info!

If he wants to wrestle next year then I'm pretty sure that he better go find another school...

I was referring to the part that he would be wrestling somewhere else. I am pretty sure that tom wants him wrestling for the Hawks, not someone else. Also, I did not say Tom was in contact with MM about coming back. MM was not suspended by Tom, it was the athletic dept.

It's alright. I will admit that I was wrong on the Backes thing but I am still shocked. As of the time that this thread was started Backes didn't appear to be the guy and I'm still surprised that it happened and this quickly. I will trust that the coaches know what they are doing and welcome about Backes.
