Could the lack of proper interview process actually help us?

Since we hired GD without going thru proper selection and interview process and have to go thru proper process next year, this may hopefully give us an easy out since its apparent he's past his prime.

I only hope so because this whole "read" offense is causing nothing but hesitation and indecision...

I honestly agree. He seems used to working with creme of the crop talent at TX and when he arrived to IC was surprised with our speed, talent. I'm not sure his system works as well for the hawks, where frankly our receivers are inferior to TX. I have to wonder whether Kirk will go elsewhere next year.

It takes talent and greasy fast speed to make his style of offense work. Obviously we have neither.
