I'm serious in that they said they thought it could happen on the On Iowa podcast. From what I've heard this Augustana team isn't going to be a push over and Fran might still be tinkering with the lineup rather than straight up going for the W

Which is what he should do. It is an exhibition so the win isn't nearly as important as getting some guys game experience. Now with that said I don't think Iowa will lose anyway.

I expect it to be fairly close with Iowa pulling away towards the end, they are without a doubt better than some teams we will face during the non-conf portion of our schedule.

I suppose it is not essential that Iowa beat a Div. II team on their home court, but for the sake of the psyche of the fanbase, I recommend they do so.

I think Woodbury and Gesell know the players on the other team. Uthoff probably knows them too. I doubt they will try and blow them out, but I think Woodbury and Gesell will have big games.

It could happen but it would only matter to cyfans who like to celebrate Iowa losses rather than ISU wins. Iowa needs to have one or two of the freshman step up every game this year if Fran wants to use 10 player rotations.
