I said this last week. He struggles to form sentences and Herbstreit constantly has to bail him out. Sad because it's old age.

I didn't see the video but a local radio show played an audio clip of his last hosting gig and it was about 30 seconds of what sounded like English but mostly sounded like an extremely intoxicated person trying to speak with a mouth full of crackers.

Funny thing...I said this 5 years ago. It's sad...he's like a mascot to the program. It's a great story that ESPN kept him on and it's admirable...but there are CFB analysts that are probably going...this is keeping me from getting a dream job. That isn't right.

Let him come out and have his moment choosing the team and putting on the head gear... need a better analyst for the other 2hrs and 55 minutes

Well probably the stroke he had over dementia. I think he should just make breif appearances towards the end of the last hour.

Most know when to step aside, but unfortunately a few have egos so damn big they think they are immune.

I wonder do they have a rotation of who changes his diapers? Even years ago I never liked his schtick and didn't think he brought much to the show besides some bafoonery
