YupIt's Thursday.
The day I irrationally get hopeful.
Other than a rather pedestrian/common/not-angrifying INT.....Hill didn't make any terrible mistakes and was more accurate.
They're back at home.
Maybe we'll see over 100 yards again rushing if Johnson was maybe truly suffering from a bug last week.
Taylor will be punting from familiar turf.
They've had another week to practice a few snaps with DeJean lining up.
I mean.....yah. It's Thursday. This is where I am every Thursday.
"Game time decision" scares me. Whenever that's the case for us, it almost always means they aren't playing. From what KF said in his presser this week, Logan Jones, Rusty Feth and Mason Richman are all going to basically be game time decisions. Logan Jones was in a walking boot though. I have my doubts he will play. No other info, just my personal thought on it.
Not when they fired your kid I bet"Game time decision" scares me. Whenever that's the case for us, it almost always means they aren't playing.
I agree and I'm concerned as well. Iowa needs to be able to run the ball. If not, it becomes tought for Iowa and the struggles they have on offense. It's already not great and from what it sounds, still a lot of guys nicked up after last weeks game. How the Oline plays this weekend is going to be a huge key to this game. Anyone heard Logan Jones status for Saturday?

No, but maybe when guys are questionable on a failing offense, you push em to play vs being cautious, especially since Kirk isn’t making the calls in I.C. anymore.Mason Richman and Logan Jones fired BF?

It was a joke, and obviously not a good one since I had to explain it.I am not sure what crazy conspiracy stuff you are pushing due to your use of vague pronouns. However, I am pretty sure the medical staff makes decisions about if someone is safe to play, and then the coaches decide if the player can be effective. Who else exactly do you think is getting in on this decision? And are you saying the BF firing makes more or less likely that a questionable player ends up playing?
