I just double checked the issues that were pointed out in the this thread. It appears that the pick by cruscc was made after the Oregon-UCLA kickoff on Saturday, so cruscc is eliminated. Also, it is true that NuclearHawk picked Houston in both week 4 and week 7, so NuclearHawk is eliminated.

Also, issues like this tend to work themselves out. When we get down to the final 20 or so posters, I always go back through and make sure each of them have made valid picks each week. Because the pool is still so large this year, I haven't done that yet.

To summarize:
cruscc: Eliminated--Invalid pick in week 9
NuclearHawk: Eliminated--Invalid pick in week 7
