It's pretty funny that when all is said and done.. Cyclone fans, instead of enjoying their own win, are busy writing guides for a team they hate on beating another team they hate..

to be fair, we have more than our share of DB posters that must provide negative comments on anything Cyclone related...
including their win over OSU. The obsession doesn't make sense to me
They can't stand the thought of Iowa fans talking up a nice win over Nebraska in lieu of their big weekend. The last thing they want is Iowa to go to a better bowl and be an afterthought in the state.

Also being from Chicago, I guess the rivalry never really matters to me. But I'm sure you are right.. there seems a copious amount of posters here that really worry about what the Cyclones do way too much. And vice versa.
Sadly, I think I like Nebraska fans more than Cyclone fans. They seem less delusional... at least from what I have seen this year. I can't grasp the stupidity of most Cyclone fans.
I really wish we would just take care of business when we play them and not talk about them the rest of the year.

I do not get it either. I pay absolutely no attention to them. I could not possibly care any less what they do or say. This is, and will always be, a Hawkeye state.
