Lets face it, all fan bases has idiots. I think those that talk smack about Nebraska know some obnoxious Husker fan, and therefore take shots when they can. Iowa State fans however, are Clones living in a Hawkeye state, therefore, they act like the little brother often. I am friends with many Clone fans, and have been to several games, but when we talk football, almost all of them turn into whinny little brother. They spend more time trying to rip Iowa then talking about their own team. It's pretty annoying.

In their defence, Wisconsin does look like the far and away best team in the B10.

I tend to agree. They are a very good team. When they play a complete game, they are clearly the best.

But, alas, they lost two games fair and square. Russell threw two INTs vs. MSU, and tOSU dominated UW on the ground.

They transform when we talk about football. Most Clone fans take shots at Iowa, and complain about the lack of media coverage, or talk about the weak Big 10. It's all very sad and pathetic. Otherwise, they are great people when talking about anything else.

1. Hawk fans also always take shots at ISU. It's a two way street and that's fine, that's what a rivalry is all about.
2. Media coverage does blow but what can you expect being an ISU fan. What have we done to warrant anything better?
3. The Big 10 is weak and you cant argue that.

I watched ISU win a big game on national TV this week. If they keep doing, well, relevant things, they'll be on TV more often. That, and being in a conference that looks out for you.

The Big 10 is down right now, but UW will a pretty solid adversary in a BCS game, and Michigan isn't really horrible. I'm sure B12 folks will gnash their teeth when the Wolverines are the second b10 team in the BCS. (Michigan also putting together a #1 or #2 recruiting class).

I think Okie State was quite overrated. I do agree that the B12 is good, though.

I was at the game Friday night. After the big win, at a tailgate full of Clone fans I didn't know, (and some I did) a discussion broke out about how they hope Iowa loses the next two and Iowa State wins one more so they have a better record. Less than one hour after a game they are worried about how Iowa does??? That's classic little brother stuff, and I find it annoying, that's all I'm saying. I promise you when Iowa knocked off a 10-0 Penn State team in 2008, nobody withing 50 miles gave two ***** about what Iowa State was doing.

The Big 10 does suck this year, but not every year as some Clone fans think.

I truly wonder how good Okalahoma is also. They lost to an awful TT team, they struggled against a worse Kansas team, and lost to an okay team in Baylor. They beat Florida State, but they aren't great. In my mind, they had one great game against a Texas team still trying to find an offense. Don't get me wrong, I think the Big 12 better than the Big 10 this year, but it seems some teams were crowned without having to prove themselves. Look at LSU, nobody can deny they are really good. I don't think anyone in the Big 12 is at that level.

OSU might be slightly over rated but they are a good team.

Also I am not a Big Ten hater. I grew up an Illinois fan, and I still am. I love the Big 10.

It's pretty funny that when all is said and done.. Cyclone fans, instead of enjoying their own win, are busy writing guides for a team they hate on beating another team they hate..
