I've gotta give credit to them, it was a very impressive homestretch. However, I'm disappointed that Pujols came one point and one RBI from keeping his streak alive. Unbelievable level of consistency: 10 straight years of at least .300, 30 dingers, and 100 RBI. Really thought he was gonna pull out #11 with the second half he put together.
sure sign of his decline, maybe he will stay in St louis after all!
Play in game stats count.if there would have been a play in game those stats do not count right?
kinda like getting your first career hit, but then the game gets rained out in the 3rd inning..... that first career hit technically doesn't exist, even though it really happened.

I am no Cards fan, but their comeback (and Atlanta's collapse) was amazing. And Pujols had a great month. I am very jealous (as usual).Good point. Too bad he missed 3 weeks in June because of his injury.
