Canzeri's 5.3 ypc avg vs. Daniel's 3.75 ypc avg

Just read the stats on HawkCentral. A yard and a half per carry and Jordan has done it over over 200 carries vs Daniels 51. I dont have money on either guy and I think Daniels is 1A and JC is 1B but I hope JC is also used on first downs in various series.

JC mainly on 3rd down and whatever yardage can sometimes give away what they will do with him.

JC on first down could be inside or outside zone run, fake it do him and he runs a pass route downfield, or he blocks and is ready for the dump off in the flat.

What do you think of this discrepancy in ypc and who has the #1 spot? I mean I hope Daniels is Greene redux.

You give Daniels another 150 carries and I think those numbers get much closer together. Canzeri has a difficult time staying healthy so prob some of the thought is that Daniels will carry the bulk of the load a bit better. I'm sure they will mix it up a bit to keep the D a bit honest. Wait, this is K ball so I can't promise that.

The discrepancy in all of this is you comparing the 2.

I'll take any running back who can put fear into the opponent. Mark Weisman played great for Iowa but I don't think he put fear into the opponents.

Statistics are only as meaningful as one's ability to interpret them.

I don't understand all the love for Daniels. Personally, I want Canzeri as the #1 and knowing he can't be a workhorse type back, I would rather see Wadley and Parker get more carries than Daniels.

I want the best back and most consistent back with big run threat as the #1 and I dont care who it is.

Daniels must be winning the competition right now and I hope he can be great.

I'm not trying to get into a MW debate here... But I did just want to comment on this, because I think it was forgotten that Minny used MW as bulletin board material going into the 2013 season due to their inability to stop him at all in 2012. IIRC, it didn't help that much. He still trucked the Minny D in 2013.
