Can we beat Michigan St in the title game?

Come on, we all now know it will be Iowa vs MSU in Indy. The Spartans are at home next week v a weak Penn St team. Anyone know how bad of an injury Cook has? I remember how tough they were two years ago when we played them, but I don't think this years MSU team is nearly as good as the 2013 Spartans. Plus, I was never sold on OSU this year. I really like I chances, we are so hungry.

Yes. I want to see Iowa get the screen game and dumps to the TE's going. It's safe to say that MSU is likely going to stack the box against us and we need to be able to beat that. Our offense has found ways to disappear for extended periods and we will not survive a two quarter lapse in the B1G title game like we did today.

yes we can.......iowa has more of a downfield threat compared to what OSU could put out there against MSU.

Yes we can beat MSU. No, we cannot beat them with a defensive effort like we gave today against Purdue and last week against MN. Bad defensive game plans.

No. We are just poor little Iowa. Don't even tune into the game.

Listen to Cowherd, follow his advice.

We don't need tricks...we don't need an amazing defensive effort..play our brand of football and we will be fine. Uh oh..hope parker is true blood iowa by now :)

Let's put it this way......we probably have the best shot we are going to get. Iowa and MSU are very similar in style of play. It will probably come down to turnovers and who can control the line of scrimmage. Got to get by little nebbie first, but we won't have to face the OSU athletes and speed.

I like our chances a lot better than I did playing OSU.

With that said... We've got to find a way to get a pass rush and I'm concerned about our undersized DEs going up against Spartys rushing attack and their big back.

At first glance I would have rather played Michigan state, but Ohio state looked so messed up today, I'd take my chance on Barrett over a 75% healthy Connor cook.

Yeah, but that sparty D isn't as salty as has been in recent years.
