Come on, we all now know it will be Iowa vs MSU in Indy. The Spartans are at home next week v a weak Penn St team. Anyone know how bad of an injury Cook has? I remember how tough they were two years ago when we played them, but I don't think this years MSU team is nearly as good as the 2013 Spartans. Plus, I was never sold on OSU this year. I really like I chances, we are so hungry.

I think Iowa can beat Michigan State. But it will have to play very aggressive on D to do so. 3/4 man rushes will get them killed. Cook will pick them apart.

We did get the help we wanted from Baylor and yes I believe "The"osu was not as good as we thought! I also believe that we will get a nice surprise Tuesday night with Ok St and Ohio St both losing! The committee has shown that they have been satisfied with the Hawks consistency by keeping them at #5 for 2 weeks and they will reward the Hawks for putting up 40 PTS in adverse conditions. It's going to be a slobberknocker in the BIG but yes we can beat msu. It will be a very close game and will come down to our dee getting a turnover to seal it. Can't wait but we need to get the fuskers out of the way first. This is an incredible year no matter how it turns out. CAN Iowa beat MSU? Of course they can. It's not impossible.

WILL they? Different question. MSU's defense looked pretty tough, but OSU wasn't exactly lighting the world on fire, either. I just worry most about our pass D against Cook's arm.

I think Cook's backup is a 4th year junior who has looked pretty good.

cook looked to be running around pretty good after the game yesterday but I think it is his left shoulder and perhaps he cant lift it up.

My estimate was we could beat OSU 3, maybe 4 games out of 10 (psychological reasons mostly, cause it's evident OSU isn't playing natty champ level all season)....

...whereas MSU we win 5, 6, maaaybe 7 times in 10. Even if we beat nebby this week msu will probably be favored though. Not by much however, 1-3 points.
