Good luck getting any leaks of information from him or anyone under him. At least someone should start a rumor. I'll go: I heard Tate broke his leg, and he's out for the bowl game.

Calling something retarded is offensive to a lot of people that understand how hurtful and offensive it can be to call someone retarded. Using that term the way you are, which means you are saying someone/thing that is retarded is stupid, well, that's just hurtful and ignorant.

So I'd say you just contributed to this thread's devaluing of this site. I'm sure I'll probably get castigated by some for being hypersensitive. Nonetheless, there are plenty of people with enough common sense out there that can express themselves in better ways than to use that description.

Now, if you didn't understand any of this before you saw my response, then don't take offense. Just make it a learning experience. On the other hand, if you already understood this before you posted it, then I don't really give a rip if you're mad at my response.

I'll get off of my soapbox now.

This thread is a bit lame...but not until you started the rumor part.

Personally I'm glad that KF has CIA characteristics. I'm glad that he's low-key and humble and never appears to be satisfied. I'm proud of the way he conducts himself and gives credit where credit is due. I'm happy that he never toots his own horn or says anything negative/motivating about opposing teams. I like that he protects his players and their personal lives and respects them and his coaches as a great friend would.

I'm just grateful that we have an outstanding coach who is an even better person leading our football team.

whoa guy...i'm sorry if i offended you or anyone...but yeah i think you're being a little too sensitive here. using "retarded" the way i used it is slang, or a figure of speech. i, in no way, was calling it disabled or mentally challenged. i compare it to saying "this is gay", meaning dumb or stupid.
