Well, I give your speculation that KF is angling for the AD's position less than 1% chance of being accurate, but its not an aliens harvesting Big Foot from Loch Ness sort of a statement.

To say a player/team/coach is "tanking" means that they are losing on purpose. Usually its for a draft pick, but I suppose there can be other reasons. But, its an intentional act. Being a bad coach and losing has never been considered "tanking." Otherwise, 20% of the teams in the NFL right now are "tanking." So, given the commonly understood definition of "tanking" I say there is 0% chance KF is "tanking."
