Yes...yes you did. There is no way to prove it. You're speculating, pure and simple. Here's a thought...how about we lets these kids play a few games before labeling them as failures? Or maybe get to campus, let's try that.
Ya...unlike posters like you who offer their thoughts on why TL will be successful without any proof either. But you're confident enough to run down other people's opinions who aren't so peachy regarding the program. Even when we have history and stats on our side.
I am not labeling them as failures. I am giving an analysis of the problems I foresee in the future after watching their games in person and on video. I also "speculated" on how these recruits could be successful. Apparently you failed to notice that as well. It's been well documented that there are concerns about the talent level coming into Iowa City.
Take Brust for example. A good athlete in my opinion. A pretty decent shooter as well but gets a lot of baskets off of fast breaks. He also gets quite a bit of open looks off of secondary breaks as well. Will he be as effective in a deliberate set? I have trouble seeing it. But add a good PG to the mix and I think he will be quite effective, assuming TL loosens the reins a little bit(although that is a heck of an assumption).
I don't care if you don't agree. You have every right to express your opinion. Just don't try to silence mine because it doesn't meld with your point of view.
