Call me stupid if you want

Yes...yes you did. There is no way to prove it. You're speculating, pure and simple. Here's a thought...how about we lets these kids play a few games before labeling them as failures? Or maybe get to campus, let's try that.

Ya...unlike posters like you who offer their thoughts on why TL will be successful without any proof either. But you're confident enough to run down other people's opinions who aren't so peachy regarding the program. Even when we have history and stats on our side.

I am not labeling them as failures. I am giving an analysis of the problems I foresee in the future after watching their games in person and on video. I also "speculated" on how these recruits could be successful. Apparently you failed to notice that as well. It's been well documented that there are concerns about the talent level coming into Iowa City.

Take Brust for example. A good athlete in my opinion. A pretty decent shooter as well but gets a lot of baskets off of fast breaks. He also gets quite a bit of open looks off of secondary breaks as well. Will he be as effective in a deliberate set? I have trouble seeing it. But add a good PG to the mix and I think he will be quite effective, assuming TL loosens the reins a little bit(although that is a heck of an assumption).

I don't care if you don't agree. You have every right to express your opinion. Just don't try to silence mine because it doesn't meld with your point of view.

Do you want Lick fired for what has transpired this year? If so, why, if you had low expectations anyway? Or, did you want him fired after last season? Wouldn't that be unrealistic to expect a coach to be let go after only two seasons at most any school? Or, were you not a Lick fan in the first place? Just trying to gain some perspective.

I wanted Lick fired once Kelly, Peterson, Palmer and Davis announced their intention to transfer which was preceded by Freeman transferring. The Freeman transfer didn't really cause me much alarm as you can have bad apples within a program that need to be flushed out. But once you see smoke there is going to be fire. In this case we have had 10 or so transfers out of the program the last 3 years. We could probably expect to see more at the end of the season and just guessing, we could see a recruit or two try and get out of their LOIs.

Its almost certain that Lick will get one more year, what he does with that year is clearly uncertain at this point.
