BCS Guru: The 'Playoff' Starts Now

See's AZ at 15, MSU at 14. I said at the end of Soundoff tonight that I felt Iowa would be 16 tomorrow. And the always interesting 'you beat a team, and they are ranked ahead of you' routine will start tomorrow around noon when the coaches poll comes out.

While I've been celebrating this win a bit, anybody want to bet AL weasels its way back into the NCG? They win out beating Auburn, start jumping undefeated non-AQ schools (BSU and TCU/Utah), win the SEC CG, and then work their way into the title game. No, I don't agree w/ it, but I just have a disgusting feeling it will come true. (And hopefully they play Oregon and get smoked, just to shut up the, "SEC is God's gift to football crowd" BS.

My firm belief is that if Iowa wins out, they will jump MSU in the polls. The OSU game will just be too big. But for anyone who is going to be mad at the Iowa beat MSU, but is ranked behind them, remember MSU beat Wisky.

Nebraska jumps up 5 spots after beating #6 Mizzou, and Iowa doesn't even move up 3 for beating #5 MSU? I dunno about that...guess we'll see soon enough. Although, the only thing that really matters now is Indiana, then NW, then OSU and then Minny.

Last night on the College GameDay Final show, they did their mock trial segment and in SECSPN fashion, the subject was a one loss Bama, LSU or Auburn vs an undefeated TCU for a spot in the NCG...no other conferences represented and of course, they decided that the one loss SEC teams would and should get in over an undefeated TCU...I actually felt bad for Dr. Lou as he was shpittin' and shputterin' his shupport for undefeated TCU...he was pished off and apparently no one told him that the SEC was going to win the argument no matter what, due to ESPN's allegiance to the SEC...

Edit: What I'm trying to say is, ESPN is working hard to brain wash the masses already...the fix...is in!
