Starting Hill gave us NO chance in this game. That was obvious to almost everyone. That last series was more fun than any in last 2 1/2 games. The kid didn’t play all year. You can’t expect him to go 5 for 5. Way to go Marco.

A few passing yips in Marco's first game isn't really a long-term problem. Throwing like Hill in your 7th start is a long-term problem.

Yeah, he threw a little behind Nico on the last drive but I would guess that deek has made throws that bad and worse at least 50+ times in the few games he's played in.

Played 3 ranked teams all year and scored 0 in each game. Playing such a weak schedule in the west division creates a false sense in the program and the athletic department.
Iowa is never as good as we think they are or the media thinks they are. Most of Iowa wins are against very poor football teams.

I am glad Marco can run. But I would have to see his ability to throw the ball, since that has not happened against T. Subs. I want him to move on, along with Hill.

He's a true freshman. No sense in having him leave. Deacon should absolutely be thanked for his services and politely encouraged to hit the portal.
