Brian Ferentz is a garbage coach

Kirk will be going 7-5 into his 80s. We will all beat him to the grave as he haunts Iowa football forever.

In 2130 he will win the Weyland Yutani bowl played on Saturn and Gary Barta V will give him a 100 billion space bucks contract that includes new robot organs.

I'm going to let a few more games play out before throwing in the towel and calling this season a bust. Based on our schedule, I honestly can see NDSU being one of the 3-4 best teams we see on it this year.

I'm not a big BF fan by any means, but let's take a closer look.....

First of all, when GD got here, he got KF to agree to rob OL schollies so he could go and get fast WR. We are now reaping the "fruits" of that decision.

Not only do we have none of those WR left because they have either quit, transferred or buried on the depth chart, but we are now forced to start a guard at LT (and a former walkon to boot), a former QB at the other tackle spot, another former walkon in Boone Myers at one G spot, and because of injuries, were forced to play two young guys at C and G respectively before they are ready.

It also sucks that between spring and fall camps, we were unsettled at the C/G spot with Daniels being hurt and then Welsh getting hurt in the fall.

Not an excuse by any means....we should have been able to impose our will on an FCS team, regardless the caliber. But to be fair as well, he's not playing with a "full deck" either.

Trust me they will lose at least 2 games this season. I've said it before but this isn't even close to their best team.

So it's safe to say Next Man In doesn't work anymore?

Wow over react much? He was down two starters one being center. It was one game. The same coach helped win 12 strait last yr and kill ISU just a week ago. I'm not jumping off the cliff today. Now I reserve the right to change mind depending where things go. But I'm not going to go psycho just yet....
