brandon wegher

After the RB depth issues we've had in the recent past, you'd think more people would like Wegher around for depth. Last year at OSU we were living on a hamstring and a prayer.

People have short memories. You need all the backs you can get in B10 Football. I remember a few years ago we ran out our 5th or 6th string guys. I would love to have the depth Brandon would provide and hopefully he is back. He is tough kid and great back.

He has to be redshirted to not lose a year of eligibiliy since his 5 year clock has started.
And smug stupidity of the "good ridance" BW people is astounding. He's a 19 yr old kid trying to figure out where he fits in life. Grow up.
You all act like he stole your girlfriend.
I miss the kid on the team now. He is an asset and a good kid from the times I've been around him.

Hopefully you aren't being condescending to me; I didn't imply good riddance in any way. I was just saying that if he is not practicing, not on the field, and technically not on the team, how could he lose a year of eligibility without redshirting. Someone brought up the 5 yr rule & if he still is on an athletic scholarship, then yes, he'd probably lose this year.

It seemed to me and those I was with, that the intentional rushing attempt given to White(?) in a #3 issued jersey, indicates where the team is on the return of Wegher.
