Hampton is playing somewhere. San Francisco. http://www.nfl.com/player/jewelhampton/2533546/profile

A-Rob hasn't played one down since leaving Iowa and going to North Dakota State (D-II). Tore his Achilles tendon last fall and hasn't even suited up since.

Coker transferred to Stony Brook (FCS). Hasn't played a whole lot. Was in a motorcycle accident last spring; a car turned left in front of him.

My son was going to join Navy..recruiter said A Rob was shipping out for basic some months ago so I assume he's a swabby now

The next cromartie - as in the number of babies he fathers?! Isn't that what helped lead to him leaving iowa in the first place??

Brandon Wegher, the sensational running back who is now just 45 yards away from the NAIA single-season rushing record.

After turning a first-quarter screen pass into a 75-yard touchdown, Wegher had two more home run plays among three second-quarter scores that helped fourth-ranked Morningside outpoint No. 5 Missouri Valley 56-28 in a national quarterfinal playoff matchup.

“Since I don’t have to block anybody, I kind of get to watch the plays after (he hands off),’’ reflected Kasdorf, the 2009 California Gatorade Player of the Year at Sherman Oaks Notre Dame.

“Some of the stuff he does on the field is unbelievable -- like the way he changes direction and just hits that second and third gear and outruns everybody down the sidelines. It just leaves you speechless sometimes.’’
