Exactly. Iowa could use the outside shooting. Another reason I hope Iowa can land Huff. 40% 3 point shooter? Sign me up for that.

Not sure why everyone talks about redshirting every recruit.

I now predict Matt Thomas will go 20 for 20 from the three point line next year against Iowa, the last one he wears a blind fold.

How do you know that? I never expected Thomas to start next year, he didn't show he was ready for it. 2 years from now who knows.

Fran was quoted in the DSM Register today...concerning the 3 incoming recruits. "All 3 will play this season." It also sounds like the 2 remaining scholarships will be banked until next year...exception being if Huff takes 1.

Ellingson will play very little next year...emergency only type of player, who will need at least 1-2 years to get to college level muscle. Shooting is nice, but defense is what gets you on the floor, and most kids outside the top 150 cannot physically handle it.
