Blocked Field Goal

Anyone have an image of the blocked field goal? Could have sworn it was Calyborn that got it but the announcers kept saying it was binns.

Don't have an image for you, but I went frame by frame on my DVR and Clayborn had the most push and was first to get a hand on it. From another angle, it looked like Binns also got a finger on it. But Clayborn definitely got it first.

It was Clayborn..If you really looked at the replay you could see it was Clayborn reaching it from the left side. He got just enough of it to keep it from leaving the playing field.
Ron Franklin who did this game really likes the Hawks. However he needs to look more at his monitor and trust what the monitor tells him than relying on his 70+ yr old eyes.
He had several things wrong that anyone could plainly see.
Good guy just needs to cover the Big ten more to learn the players and coaches.

Check photos on the Des Moines Register or UI official website, I am sure I saw a picture of Clayborn blocking the kick.

That picture is awesome in so many different ways.

1.) Pancake of Michigan player.
2.) Clayborn fully airborne and extended.
3). The massive amount of Hawks in the stands. Must be the family section.
...

I think they said Clayborn, and then after the replay said Binns (even though it was clear to me that the replay showed AC).

They did say Binns. Clayborn totally exploded the left side of the line. I swear I saw two Mich players thrown in the air by Clayborn.

Also check out the hold on Daniels (93) by Washington (76). I'm not sure but I don't think you can do that? ;)

Awesome pic.

But I do have to ask. Why are Hunter and Sash just standing there? (Though, considering what happened after the block, perhaps it's better?

I would suspect it's in case of the fake - at least for one of them.

Because they are safties and are responsible for any fake passing attempt. If they kick the ball there isn't really much to do.

It was like Tecmo bowl out there sometimes. I saw Vandevelde just flat out destroy a guy on one of Arobs first half runs, and on his TD run the TE Herman took his guy, drove him 8 yards off the ball, and planted him flat on his back 3 yards deep in the end zone.

As it turned out, it's a good thing Sash was there and returned it...I couldn't believe that all the Michigan players were just walking off the field. Crazy....

There was all of one person out of 22 who had the foresight to at least pick up the ball. And that was TMFS.
