Blocked Field Goal

It was

Also check out the hold on Daniels (93) by Washington (76). I'm not sure but I don't think you can do that? ;)

Actually, what Washigton is doing is perfectly legal as long as Daniels stays directly in front of him. He can grab and hold as longs as it is inside the shoulders and doesn't stop Daniels from running side to side or the opposite direction with just his arms.

I took a pix of the play from my seat in the end zone. I zoomed in on it and look at Binns hand, you can see the ball between his hand and the goal post in the picture.

My "favorite" Ron Franklin moments from Saturday:

1. Despite the 2 announcers getting the call correct when Clayborn blocked the FG, they later decided that Binns must wear "94" and gave him the credit.

2. Pronounced "ClayBORN" as "ClayBURN".

3. Topped #2 by pronouncing "Ballard" as "Buh-lard".

Surprised they didn't go for the tri-fecta with a "Fuh-rentz" or two during the game...

I don't think you can grab inside someone's pads to prevent them from jumping. granted that will never get called but im not sure it's "legal" by rule.

This...He also kept saying "We" when he referred to Michigan.

Don't forget about the 4th quarter when he said that Greenwood and Stanzi were ready in the secondary.

There was all of one person out of 22 who had the foresight to at least pick up the ball. And that was TMFS.

TMFS was the only one that had a flash back to the UNI game. You could tell everyone thought the ball was dead and he looked at it for a second and then picked it up with ran while everyone was looking at him like "WTF?"
