Yes, I saw it...and we all came to the conclusion that the only thing Ben is guilty of is having sex in a bathroom with a girl who set him up...

Ok, not "all" of us came to that conclusion...
 
I read it fairly quickly. She was worried about having unprotected sex and afterward they could find little DNA. She must have really cleaned herself up after the act before going to the police? That part doesn't make sense if she was going to accuse him of rape? I would think she would want the evidence, would she not? But I wasn't there nor privy to all the info. He's still an idiot.
