Big 12 Best Conference in the Country?

Big12 is on the left. Just hit the ?chart it? and it will take you to the links.
Big10 is a marginally better conference IMO. I actually like watching both conferences and fully expect the top 2 or 3 teams to make some noise in the tourney.
 
I'll give big 12 nod this year. They are probably at their weakest point right now with Smart being out 3 games. I can say if OSU makes the list as a 12 spot or somthing. I don't think I would want that draw if Smart has figured out his stuff. Wish there was a big 10 big 12 challenge.
 
It's pretty even. One week it seems like its the BIG and the next it's the Big 12. This week I'll say BIG. Okie State and Baylor falling off a cliff hurts that conference. Ohio State and Wisky have struggled but haven't fallen off a cliff.

As per Massey, B1G has 5 teams in top 20, B12 has 2, so more, higher.
B12 has 5 in top 30, so more strength in middle, but lower.

I would go with the BIG 12 as well.
