Big 10 Championship game stadium

the turf at Soldier Field sucks by December, every year
whomever is in charge of maintaining that grass needs to be fired
I like the idea of having the game in Chicago, but not until they fix that problem

It will be Lucas Oil in Indianapolis initially, IMO

Chicago is somewhat centrally located for the b10. I'd go with Soldier Field, as I think it would be cool to have an epic game for the b10 championship in the cold in the big city.

I guess I would have to go with the Lucas Oil place if a climate-controlled place is necessary.

Chicago is probably more fun than Indianapolis.

Miami is also an excellent choice!

You are dead nuts on with the turf. I live in Chicago and it is a constant item of contention. The City actually owns and maintains SF and they have concerts and all kinds of crap there and the field just gets wrecked. By December, it is destroyed. As for the cold, I say who cares. Its the B10, its the Midwest and football is better in the cold in my opinion anyway. Best part about any of these stadiums---They all sell beer.

I was thinking about buying the Silverdome but someone outbid me so I'll go with Jack Trice since there has never been any real football games ever played there.

It's nice to think about, but realistically, it will be in the city and stadium that gives the highest bid to host.
