Why did Iowa hire an excellent OC at a championship program with zero OL coaching experience to coach the OL and why hire a good OL coach with zero OC experience to be the OC? I think the whole damn thing is on Kirk.

He actually does this on purpose. I read once he wants coaches to get out of there comfort zone, or something idiotic like that.

That is why a successful OC like Polasek is coaching the o-line----something he has never done before.
