Bengals a squirrel looking for McNutt in draft

From article:

“Coach saw something in me one day playing catch and told me whenever I wanted to go to the next level come talk to him,†McNutt said. “He said you can do some things if you’re willing to work. He was right. Coach pushed me every day in practice to always do better. It’s a blessing to have him in my life.â€

Campbell has an impeccable resume molding players such as Super Bowl hero Mario Manningham, Braylon Edwards, Amani Toomer and others while coaching at the University of Michigan. He believes that of all the receivers he’s coached in the past, McNutt may be the most gifted.

“One thing about Marvin is he’s a smart young man,†Campbell said. “It’s hard to compare him to others I have coached because his development was only three years. He’s not quite there with those guys yet, but I do believe he’ll get there in a couple years of development. His upside is unbelievable and he hasn’t even scratched the surface of his ability. I think his upside by far blows the others away.â€

Campbell said teams will be most impressed with McNutt’s ability to play all three receiver positions.

Steelers need another wr after ward's retirement. I think he fits in the system as well

It's not that critical of a need. We basically didn't have Ward last year. I love Ward. He is the epitome of a Steelers player, but we essentially played without him last year. We've also brought in a small corps of WR this off season already as developmental prospects.

I would take McNutt if it worked out, but WR simply isn't a priority need it Pittsburgh.

I agree that WR isn't their biggest need right now, but if you're going away from the old ground and pound Steelers offense of the past, you better have receivers to throw to. I do agree that D and also OL are more pressing needs, but if they take McNutt with a 4th Rd pick (or later) I'm not going to be upset in the least.
