I think ClintonIAfan explained it pretty well. I honestly never have a problem figuring it out. I'm not sure how anyone is hurt by clicking on a thread they don't want to read - just close it and move on. This just seems to me to be a way to try and push people around. If it is that important to you, the site has a monitor who can easily make new rules - that shouldn't be your choice to make a new rule or reinstitute an old rule whose time has passed. In a new age where we try to treat everyone equally your bringing this up over and over again seems kind of like bullying to me.
That wasn't my intention to push anybody around. It just gets confusing and back in the day all women's topics had something in the subject to distinguish it from the rest and I still don't understand the big deal on doing it now. I wasn't being rude and I didn't question anybodies fandom.
