One wonders why the basics aren't standard practice in this level of BB
Follow your shot
When the ball is in the air, identify someone to block out, don't look at the ball first
Blocking out is more important than jumping
Pivot the correct way on a pick and roll and you will be open
Don't leave the man with the ball alone
Keep one eye on the ball and the other eye on your man
Help out and drop off your man a bit when the ball is on the other side of the court
Practice free throws religiously
Help your best shooters to get the most shots
Work to get good shots and take them, they don't all go in...its ok if you miss
If you are a bit tired, rest on the offensive end
Don't reach or slap at the ball
