B1G Football Wins Totals for '20 from Caesars

Well, Minny does have a nice home schedule: they get the Hawks, Michigan, NW & Purdue at home. And their other two cross-overs are Maryland and Indiana.
 
Im more confident about this program than I have been in years. Im worried that our new QB didnt get this Spring. But with the receivers, RBs and TEs, he just needs to be a game manager.

I hope BF does open it up a little and we re-tool our run game.

I see another 9 win season with a bowl in Tampa against an over rated SEC team who we slap around the field all day to get another 10 win season.

But thats just me.

Given the shortened or delayed season ahead, I think it's highly unlikely we see any retooling of Iowa's run game schemes in 20-21. Maybe another year down the line.
 
If I could go to Vegas, I would take the over. Iowa has a tough schedule, but this is as experienced and deep of an offensive as we have had in a while (with the exception of the QB, which I know is a big exception). Our defense is always consistent and there is no reason to believe this year will be any different. This could be another double digit win season, but I think we at least get to 8.

BTW, does the number include bowl games or just regular season total?

Wow. Minnesota has to win 10 for the ‘over’ to hit. Crazy. Sparty apparently in total rebuild mode at 4.5. Indy at 7.5 has to be their largest, ever

I like the new Rutgers coach, but I'm not sure there are 3 wins on their schedule this year.

I haven't looked at their schedule yet, but right now Purdue is my dark horse team in the BIG next year. Last year they were decimated with injuries, but still played everyone tough. A healthy Rondale Moore on the field the same time as David Bell will keep defensive coordinators up at night.
 
I wonder what they do in casinos if people bet on totals now and the college football season is reduced to 8-10 games or something.

I wonder if they are taking into account differential impacts of a shortened prep period on a developmental program vs. a star-laden program?

Agreed, that number looks really low. They are also adding some more legit skill-position talent.

Rutgers, Indiana, and Michigan as cross-overs.

Memphis, Air Force, and Boston College as non-conference.
 
Is Penn State supposed to be that good next year? They have the over/under at 91/2 with steep bet of $200 to win $100 on the over. That implies that a lot of predictors think they have a lot of upside on that 91/2 wins.
