Avatars?

I take it they must still be getting set up? I tried to turn them on and it won't let me.

Its quite possible they are disabled. If one cant have a signature w/ image. They may be making it more user friendly for cellphone users and low bandwidth users. Just need verification that this is the direction they are headed.

Not sure if the mobile version of forums can be modified to ignore avatar/signature settings so we can have them for high bandwidth people. Sigs and avatars make the user experience better IMHO.

avatars will be turned on shortly. Not sure about sig images. Things get out of control and aesthetically displeasing.

I agree, the sig images clutter up the boards.

this is the size we have on another site i am on and it works out a lot better...i personally would go maybe a little smaller..

text signatures can be just as annoying from some dumb ppl
