They were missing quite a few guys but this is still a bad loss. Hopefully this also shows that Heskett has the guys at Army going strong as that would be good to see.

BAD loss for isu. But to me the Weatherman getting pinned was the a bigger suprise! Good for Heskett. Nice win for Army even if isu was down a few guys.

We still have a glaring hole at 133. Weatherman getting stuck at 149 is getting irritating. Moreno got hurt in the first period and basically just stayed out there to not give up the 6, which he managed not to. Spangler could also have reversed our fortunes at 174, I believe. All in all, a poor start to the season. Jackson is going to lose the rope he has quickly, especially since his wrestlers appear to be made of glass.

They apparently lost to Boston as well.

Mayfield was hurt in his match as well. Two injury defaults in that one(141, 157). England actually beat the #5 guy at his weight subbing for Spangler. Weatherman won as well. Schafer, Cash, and Christensen lost their matches. Beard looks great, as does Finch.

I think a healthy ISU, with Gadsen, Gibson, Moreno(healthy), and Spangler wins both these duals, but there is still a problem here.

ISU wrestling definitely is down...no two ways about it. Luckily, its how you do in March, not November that counts.
