Hell yes.
We are losing by far our best player on both offense and defense.
Lose best player and 4 year starter and replace him with freshmen. I have my doubts
Five good players> gatens.
Plus you're a ******* idiot.
The Gatens loss will hurt quite a bit. The other potential issue I see is that there will be a surplus of talent in the post, but perhaps not on the perimeter. We all know how important guards are in college ball. I think better but only marginally so.
I think there will be surplus talent on the perimeter as well: marble, Gessel, Clemmons, Ingram, May. Young, but talented.

Idiot is over the top. OP asks a fair question, Gatens is a big loss. We add quickness, depth and size so I feel confident the team will be better. Still not a sum question.
Brommer's gone.
+1

I love MG, but he's only been "great" the last few games. He's been good the rest of the year.
