46, 717, 6 for TJ.

Maybe we should be asking why Jace didn't win Mackey also?
In reality they are probably pretty even, and split the honors.

Not sure who was the other TE on this Jace's team, but I doubt he had a Fant on the other side sharing targets.

You could argue Fant's presence opened up Hock more, too.

There is a bonus to winning the Mackey. High school recruits will likely use major sports sites, like ESPN, to track the Hawkeyes. On their front page they list major awards and Iowa has a nice resume in that area.
