No need to walk on eggshells. He came back. He knows what it takes and the risks involved.
He is just not getting (and never really has gotten) it done. Absolutely zero change in his game in 4 years and it was pretty unreliable / anemic to begin with.

He should be coming off the bench playing 13-15 minutes a game. Between the Ferentz(s) and the McCaffrey(s) I just don’t want to hear the word “nepotism” anymore. It feels like I have heard that word 5 million times the last 10 years.
