Anyone watchin the playoffs?

Nate the Great leads all NBA players in 4th qtr scoring in the playoffs this year. He also leads all NBA players in the 4th qtr in scoring plus assists with 82....second place is 68.....amazing.

For all the fans out there who question Iowa recruiting a 5'8'' Tyler Ulis, just think of Nate, who is probably 5'7'' and his impact on the playoffs.

Bulls are as gutsy as NBA teams get.....Jimmy ''Buckets'' Butler is a budding star....guards Lebron,DWill,DWade, whoever....and scores himself.

Jo Noah is a monster who will not be denied...the will to win.

Marco Bellini has huge balls....and was fined by the NBA yesterday for his gesture late in the game 7 vs the Nets after hitting a huge 3 pter, simply for demonstrating how big those ball were...unfair.
Marco, undeterred, just hit more big threes vs the Heat.

I love this Bulls team...it is like this years hawkeye team...not supremely talented, but with a hustle and love for the game, and their teammates, that helps them rise above....unusual for the NBA,but the Bulls are like a Fran team. Thibs is the best coach in the NBA.

You're in for a big disappointment when the Heat take it in 6. I do respect this Bulls team, they play tough, especially Noah. And I don't know about Thibs being the best coach in the NBA... Pop might have something to say about that, or Karl. ONE of the best? Definitely.

Nah...no huge disappointment in store for this Bulls fan....beating the Heat would be one of the greatest upsets of all time...losing to them is totally expected by Bulls fans. This postseason has already been more fun than should be legal for Bulls fans. We are playing with house money now.

I was hoping for a competitive series. Now,Bulls fans remember that the Heat lost game one in 2011 then swept the next four, altho they were all close games...same last year in the Finals for the Heat...dropped game one, then swept the next four.

If the Bulls even had Hinrich,Deng,a healthy Noah and Gibson...I think they could take this series. It is the perfect group of players to be the anti-Heat,along with the perfect coach. Hinrich guards DWade better than anyone in the league, Deng guards Lebron as well as anyone, and Butler can guard both guys, and Noah pounds the boards....and Nate closes games...nice formula.

If he's perfect, then why didn't he win COY today!? Just kidding. ;). I think Karl is a helluva coach, but I think him winning the award was more of a respect thing than anything, since he's never won one before. I was surprised to hear that Spoelstra (sp?) finished 2nd in the voting.

Definitely pulling for the Bulls after the Nuggets were unceremoniously ousted. I have nothing in particular against Miami, other than that they are the favorites and it's always fun to see the favorite lose (unless it's your team, of course!)

Nate Robinson is crazy.

As painful as it is for me to say...maybe its a good thing the Bulls got blown out. It gives alot of them much needed rest and maybe the technicals and everything that went on were a distraction/mental block that they can use to redirect the fact they got outplayed and help them regroup. Had it put them in a 0-2 hole or moved the series back to Miami it might have been different, but hopefully they bounce back and get it done in Chicago.

The animosity and hatred the teams are beginning to show for eachother is amazing. While watching last night I couldn't help but think how intense the remaining games will be and how intense last night could have been if Miami didn't open the floodgates and the game stayed close. Very fun to watch IMO as I think the physical play is the best way to slow down Miami. Love the Bulls and a huge Lebron fan, so definitely going to enjoy the next few games if they're as intense as they have been.

Miami's going to win the series in five. The Bulls took game 1 because the Heat hadn't played for 8 days and hadn't played a meaningful minute for close to a month. Took them a game to get back to playoff intensity level.

I love wathcing Golden State play.

Heres to a Golden State/Memphis West Final.

I would like to see this as well. The Spurs are like the Patriots of the NBA to me, just too much success lately for my liking. And I love watching Golden State play, especially Curry.

Totally agree with you, but trying to remain optimistic as I said earlier I enjoy watching both teams. There's definitely some bad blood between these two teams and if the games can somehow stay close, the first half of last night points to an intense series and should definitely be fun to watch.

This would be a fun match up. Golden State's great guards against Memphis' bigs. I think Memphis is the only team that would have a shot at beating the Heat. They actually have enough quality size to force Miami to have to go with two bigs, plus Memphis runs a ton of their offense through Gasol and Z-Bo with their high low game which plays to the weakness of Miami's defense.

Everyone ready for a Miami-Memphis Finals?

Yeah, yeah, I get it, on paper it looks like memphis has the best shot of beating Mami, but unless you are a basketball purist, that just isn't a sexy match up.........If that is the match up that it turns out to be I wonder what kind of # it would get ratings wise. I still think San Antonio is a player in this.

I think it's a great match up. Memphis is the one team that can make Miami work for it. Miami kills teams with their small lineup and aggressive, trapping pick and roll defense on the perimeter. Memphis does not rely on the pick and roll near as much as most NBA teams, runs a lot of their offense from the high post and has two big guys where both are quality scorers and physical guys where the Heat probably won't want to stick LeBron on for long periods of time.

On the other end you have the Grizzlies trying to decide how to match up Randolph and Gasol when Miami goes small and pulls Bosh away from the basket. Where do you hide Randolph? Does Memphis try to go zone?

Memphis will get by San Antonio, they are a bad matchup for the Spurs. Remember they knocked them off as an 8 seed two years ago and are a much better team now, thanks in large part to the improvement of Mike Conley. Indiana might be able to slow Miami down offensively but they won't be able to score enough on them and their terrible bench will cost them points anytime they have more than one starter out.

Memphis has no perimeter shooters whatsoever they are going to muck everything up and slow tempo, the bball junkies and the purists will love it, but at some point lack of perimeter shooting will kill them. Wade's health is the X-factor in all this. As for San Antoinio, if they can get enough from Ginobli and the role players they can take out Memphis.

DWade looks like he has 50 yr old knees out there. Without him, the Heats margin of error shrinks.

I will root for the Warriors and Grizz to advance, and the Griz are the team with the best shot at the Heat.
Go Grizz.

I would imagine Kevin Durant has a much greater appreciation for what LeBron did in Cleveland after the last couple of weeks. It's very hard to carry a team in the playoffs all by yourself, especially when you have a head coach who is terrible offensively. Russell Westbrook has always taken too much of the blame and too little credit for the Thunder's success, I have a feeling that will change going forward.
