They were fine. They really wanted the Iowa game bad, thats for sure. Now they can take their 4-6 record and GTFO
She was not with that group. I agree it got mean spirited. My point is it went both ways.

It is a rivalry. Their fans really want to beat Iowa. I congratulated one after the game on their effort and he just gave me a dirty look. It hurts to lose and they lost. It is a very intense rivalry on both sides of the border....Iowa State fans think they are our number 1 rival but I have always believed it is Minnesota. A very sweet win for older Iowa fans like me who remember when Minnesota beat us almost every single year (Minnesota still holds a dominant edge in the all-time series).

Including last January 1 at the Citrus Bowl. A trailing Gopher fan saw my shirt and actually apologized.
