I can't see Iowa winning @MSU. Payne and Appling should be healthy by then and probably Dawson? I see Iowa going 5-1, and losing to MSU in the ship for the BTT. MSU will be scary come March like always.

This is what I'm thinking. A loss @MSU and the most likely 2nd loss I think is @Minnesota. 12-6 is what I predicted for this team in conference back in December. Not to toot my own horn or anything.. Still would love to be wrong and see this team go 14-4, though.

13-5 seems feasible, but it won't be easy.

You don't get the crippling fear? First of all, I don't think anyone here is losing feeling in their limbs at the thought of playing at MSU, but to act like it isn't a daunting task to go in there and win is just plain ignorant. MSU has had 58 and 28 home winning steaks at the Breslin center under Izzo and some have said that this is his best team since his national champ team. But I guess if you want to ignore ALL of the objective data, then yeah, the Hawks will win out, beat MSU at MSU AND on a neutral floor in the big ten tourney, grab a 1 seed, then run the table in the NCAA tourney.

Assuming MSU beats Iowa in Lansing I would want Iowa to face them in the BTT. I don't think MSU could beat Iowa a third time.

I like how saying Iowa has a shot at winning at Michigan State is saying the same thing as Iowa will win the rest of their games this year, including all their NCAA tournament games. This site is so good at creating strawmen.
