So I thought I would spruce things up around here (and distract myself from studying for finals exams) by starting some debate.
Who do you think Iowa's best ever is in some of the following categories, and why do you feel that way? I'll let you some of you answer before I give my two cents worth. Feel free to copy and paste to give you answers.

Good grief, you are leaving some out:

1. Best point guard (and I'm sorry, it is not even close): Chad Calabria
2. Best free throw shooter (in the clutch, when it mattered, on a Big Ten championship team that went 14-0): Glen "the Stick" Vidnovic
3. Best center (NOT EVEN CLOSE): CARL CAIN

You had to see these guys play to realize how truly great they were. I saw them play.

Lester was great, but Calabria was better
 
Based on the players I have watched. Players in the 70's and before are possibly better
