Thanks for the post. This article definitely has substance. The writer obviously did some field work to know that high officials from two Universities are attending. Something tells me that the report commissioned by the conference has already been given to the Presidents and the DC meeting will be to answer any questions raised by the report. If there are no insurmountable problems Delaney will proceed.

I'm betting he has already heard from more than five Universities.

If the Big East is involved in B10 expansion it means superconrerence. ND IS going to be the 12th team.

Greenstein is one of the most clued in Big Ten football writers around. He has good sources inside the Big Ten office here in chicago and really knows his stuff.

Sounds like adding 5 teams is not out of the question but at least 3 is definite.
If it is 5...ND,Mo,Rutgers and.....Pitt,Nebraska,Texas,Cuse?...if I had my choice it would be Pitt and Texas,but I would settle for Pitt and Ne.
