AC gets his chance

This may be the only time AC gets 1 v 1 treatment the rest of the season.

Personally, I think the "I wasn't 100% last year" is pretty weak. This will be confirmed if BB and Paul Chryst double and chip AC all day, if not, its on.

I think AC will have a very long and successful NFL career. I'm talking potential HOF type stuff. He has the size to play DE in both the 3-4 and the 4-3, and he's able to take over a game from the DE position (like I did in HS) which is very hard to do. Here's to AC having the kind of game I did in 94 against West Sioux (14 tackes, 4 tkl for loss, 1 sack).

AC had quite a few plays against Zona 1on1 and was really a non factor.

I'm sure I'll get shot for saying this but he hasn't shown up as much as we need him to yet.. even with the double-teams it seems like he hasn't been the same as last year-- a big part of that likely is the doubleteams, but either way we have all seen him play better. I predict he steps it up these next two weeks in a big way. We should be back to our 'pin the ears back' and get'em approach seeing as we aren't playing a running QB or a ding and dunk passing game. Steel on steel today.. if Wisco wins they will have earned it big time.
