That would be Rule #1.

No calling out players. You can be critical of situations and circumstances, but posts along the lines of 'Player X Sucks' won't be tolerated.

I was actually referring more to the previous post rather than the one I quoted. Apparently there is a joke hidden in here somewhere that's over my head.
