The offense could use some improvement, but I think it's better than it looks. We've just played two really good defenses. I think this is getting lost in the mix. Petras threw some good balls today that should've been caught too.

I also think ISU conceded way too early. They were still in it, but seemed to give up with around 6-7 minutes left.

Phil might have been playing a little too much man to man the last few possessions as we had guys getting beat for big yards and runs out of bounds.

Campbell's decision to put in fresh players was undoubtedly the best choice under the circumstances. It was a long shot at that point. Iowa's players had nothing left in the tank, and almost tanked.
