I think now is definitely the time for Iowa to only take commitments that are at the top of their board. I am happy they have gotten plenty of solid commits but now they have plenty of time to see what happens with some higher rated prospects. And also it is very likely that some of the 3* commits could become 4*s after the next evaluation. It happens every year and it is still very early
