2013 Most disapointing loss

NIU in Kinnick. The other three losses were to better teams. That one wasn't.

Going into NIU, I just didn't know what to expect. Once I saw the product on the field, I knew Iowa didn't have a 4-8 team in 2013. However I could see that NIU seemed Iowa's equal that day. It came down to a mistake by 1st time starter. Swallow hard but ...I saw Iowa on its way back but maybe still not there yet. My expectations just weren't that high, that's why I picked another game. I'm avoiding after-the-fact analysis on this one.

Northern Illinois. There should be no debate.

Agree, easily. The only team I think where were truly better. Don't get me wrong, we werent far from OSU,Wiscy, MSU and LSU but they were better teams. NI wasn't.

I'm going with the Iowa State game. I missed that game this year, but I was on their board for awhile after the game...sounded like they really took it to us.
