Thanks for the link. I looked over most of the helmets of the different colleges throughout the years. It really struck me how much Iowa and ISU have changed their helmets over the years when compared to most of the other teams...Florida's has evolved a lot, too. And I had forgotten about the red helmet ISU used to hand out every week. Wonder if schools are permitted to do that kind of thing anymore, not that I want the Hawks to do it.

Of course I love our current helmet.... but I also really like the helmet from the 1971 season.

Love the helmets...personally I wouldn't order any of the designs during the lean 70's our teams sucked so bad I wouldn't want a reminder of how bad we were.
