I have a theory that because we try to play with such tempo it gives other teams the opportunity to get into rhythm and hit shots they normally miss.

Oh, and iowa seems to be a 7 or 8/9 often meaning any upset would be a massive one. That just wouldn't be in their favor.

Iowa's best is pretty much Villanova's best. We've seen that. I'm talking more in the traditional "we're a 7 seed and they're a 2 seed" sense.

The trend of top 2 seed Villanova missing the sweet 16 constantly vs the trend of we're Iowa and good things never happen to us. I know how this one ends.

I initially hated this potential matchup. They are very good. Efficient on both ends but the more i think about it there's a lot i like. They force turnovers as a big part of their defense, we don't turn it over. We suck at allowing threes, at least lately, but they aren't a great shooting team...

We've won two tournament games in about 15 years. We won on a buzzer beater, a way we have suffered bad losses many times but rarely have one ( seriously, did anyone watch the last time it happened, I'm not sure the game was televised) I'm not pumping the brakes or whatever, that's silly...
