Have you watched the offense in the past 2 1/2 years? It's not getting better than what it is now. The O and D are two very different teams that don't even look like they belong in the same uniform.

And who recruits the players? The coaches do and there in is the problem with the head guy, the OC and the offensive line coach. I have no doubt KF has given Phil Parker the green light to get the players he chooses. KF controls the offensive side much more.
